This site ("Extranjeros", guiaextranjeros.es) is an informational navigator for procedures affecting foreigners in Spain. The owner's full identification details (name and NIF) are available through the contact page and on the receipt of every purchase.

Purpose

The site provides orientation based on official sources (BOE, ministries and public bodies). It is not legal advice and does not replace consulting a registered professional.

Terms of sale — digital guides

• The products are digital PDF guides. The price is always shown before payment.
• Payment methods: Telegram Stars (automatic delivery in the bot), cryptocurrency, and Bizum/card (delivery by email).
• Delivery is immediate after payment: the file is sent in the Telegram bot or to the email provided.
• Updates of a purchased guide are free via the bot.

Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content without a material medium delivered immediately, by completing the payment you expressly consent to immediate performance and accept the loss of the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, LGDCU).

If the file does not arrive or arrives corrupted, write to us via the contact page or @spain_asesor and we will resend it.
